Hello, I'm Jenny 🌼

I’m a designer specializing in healthcare. Originally from Taiwan, I now reside in the Bay Area, United States. My background in nursing opened my eyes to significant technology gaps and challenges faced by both patients and caregivers. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in UX design, where I focus on creating solutions to improve the healthcare industry.

I love creating innovative ideas that transform non-digital processes into simpler, more feasible digital solutions. My goal is to make technology less intimidating so that everyone feels comfortable using it.

When I’m not designing, I enjoy observing animals in different settings, whether at parks, zoos, or even in the wild. I also love spending time with cats in a cozy cat café, where I can relax and appreciate their unique personalities.
